Savannah is finally FIVE today! She has been waiting for this day her entire life. The day she can finally chew gum. She woke up to Pink waffles and right after breakfast she asked if she could have gum. She was SO excited! I pulled out a new package of strawberry shortcake gum and Ruby asked if she could open it and give her the piece of gum. We got the actual first gum in her mouth on video and it was pretty exciting. All day she wanted gum in her mouth and I could hear the loud chewing and chomping of her gum. Dad had to work late today so we had hotdogs (her favorite meal) for dinner and then sang "Happy Birthday" to her with a cookie with five candles. All around it was a pretty good day!
