We finally had Ruby's birthday party, it was only 2 weeks late, but we were glad we waited. We got to have some of the cousins here. Hudson, came to visit for a few weeks, Nate, Sharon and Jay were down with there parents. And Ruby's best friend Lilly came to play also.
Ruby didn't like her cake. For some reason our kids hate to have things on there hands and hate to be sticky. I tried to get Ruby to taste it, but even after I got some cake in her mouth she didn't want any of it.
Savannah loved the cupcakes. They were on the counter for a few hours and she asked for one literally every 2 minutes until she actually got one. Then she needed to have two. A pink one and a white one.
Ruby got a new "bike." Everyone else was more excited about it than she was. She didn't quite know what to do with it.
But, Savannah was ready to go for a ride on the back. She thought it was pretty great. Maybe it was because she can actually touch the ground with her feet when she sits on this one. The one she got for her Birthday is still a little to big. She has to push it along on her tip toes.
